How reservations, payments, and cancellations work at Eudelz.

   Reservations

   All bookings are subject to room availability. Reservations may be made via our website, Facebook, phone, or approved booking channels. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment or deposit is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Management reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations.

2. 02

   Room Rates

   Rates are per room, per night, as published on our Rooms page. Published rates may change during peak season, holidays, or special events. Promo rates are limited and subject to availability. The rate confirmed at the time of booking shall apply.

3. 03

   Payment

   Full payment is required in advance prior to check-in; no room will be released without complete payment. Accepted payment methods will be advised upon booking. An extra mattress for a third guest is ₱200 per night.

4. 04

   Check-In & Check-Out

   Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards and check-out is at 12:00 Noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. 05

   Cancellation & No-Show

   Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, or no-shows, may be charged one night's room rate. Refunds for prepaid bookings are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

6. 06

   Modifications

   Date changes are allowed subject to availability and at the prevailing rate. Changes requested within 48 hours of check-in may be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.

The general terms that apply to every reservation and stay.

   All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment or deposit. Management reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations.

   Room Rates & Payments

   All rates are per room, per night and may vary depending on season, demand, holidays, or special events. Promo rates are subject to availability. Rates confirmed at the time of booking shall apply.

3. 03

   Check-In & Check-Out

   Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out: 12:00 Noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. 04

   Security Bond

   A refundable security bond of ₱500 is required upon check-in. The bond is refunded upon check-out, subject to a satisfactory room inspection for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

5. 05

   Guest Conduct

   Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room. Visitors must be declared to and approved by Management. Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay, without refund, in the event of misconduct, violation of house rules, or unlawful activity.

6. 06

   Liability

   Management is not liable for the loss of, or damage to, guests' personal belongings or vehicles. Valuables should be secured and not left unattended. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property and will be charged accordingly.

7. 07

   Force Majeure

   Management is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or public-health emergencies. In such cases, reservations may be rescheduled or refunded at Management's discretion.

The agreement between Eudelz Travelers Inn & Events Place (“Management”) and the guest.

   Room Rate & Payment

   Standard room rates are as published on our Rooms page. An extra mattress is ₱200 per night. Full payment is required in advance prior to check-in; no room will be released without complete payment.

2. 02

   Valid Identification

   Guests must present at least one (1) valid ID upon check-in: Driver's License, Passport, National/Universal ID, or any government-issued ID.

3. 03

   Check-In Guidelines

   Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room. Visitors must be declared to and approved by Management. The number of guests must not exceed the room's capacity.

4. 04

   House Rules (Strictly Enforced)

   To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all guests: maintain cleanliness of the room and surrounding areas at all times; respect other guests, especially those seeking a quiet overnight stay; avoid loud noises, shouting, or disruptive behavior; and dispose of trash properly. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Pets are not allowed unless previously arranged with Management.

5. 05

   Damages & Charges

   Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, fixtures, or property caused during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest and may be deducted from the security bond. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee.

6. 06

   Check-Out

   Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 Noon on the check-out date. Keys must be returned to Management. The security bond, less any applicable charges, will be refunded upon a satisfactory room inspection.

7. 07

   Agreement

   By confirming a reservation, checking in, or staying at Eudelz Travelers Inn & Events Place, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out in this Room Rental Agreement.
